iSwiss Announces Launch of Hedge Fund in New York, Focusing on Innovative Financial Products
New York City is at the heart of a new financial initiative with iSwiss Group announcing the launch of its iSwiss Hedge Fund and its management entity, iSwiss Capital Management. Thanks to registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under CIK SEC 2029903, the fund is now authorized to raise up to $1.5 billion from American investors, marking a significant step towards offering innovative financial products.
Christopher Aleo, CEO of iSwiss Group, emphasized the strategic importance of the new iSwiss Hedge Fund: “Our fund is designed to attract capital from institutional investors, particularly American pension funds. Registration with the SEC allows us to offer investors direct access to securitizations of Italian superbonus credits and new Green ABS, aimed at financing renewable energy projects in Italy.”
Aleo highlighted the importance of maintaining independence from large market distributors, who often steer investors towards securities that yield higher commissions at the expense of transparency. “iSwiss Hedge Fund is committed to maximizing transparency, ensuring that our investors understand the products offered are Italian securitizations from iSwiss, with minimal management fees and high profit margins for investors.”
The group’s vision is to create an iSwiss ecosystem where American pension funds can invest in securitized superbonus credits from a construction company in Palermo or finance the installation of photovoltaic panels in a condominium in Cremona.
“We have completed the circle not only by issuing securities but also by placing them directly in the market,” Christopher continued. “The need for our own fund arises from the desire to be independent from large market distributors who often influence investor decisions opaquely.”
Christopher Aleo underscored the strategic importance of this launch for iSwiss Group, enabling direct entry into the international investment market. “Our strengths lie in low fees, higher market returns, and complete transparency towards investors,” he affirmed. “We oversee the entire investment process from A to Z: from creating financial products to their direct placement.”
The launch of iSwiss Hedge Fund represents a significant milestone for the young banking group, promising greater transparency, reduced costs, and improved returns for investors eager to participate in innovative and sustainable investment opportunities globally.
