Dog Training in South Florida : The Story of Shultz K9 Enforcement Inc. and Its Impact on Security
In a world where personal safety is a priority, one South Florida dog trainer had a difficult start to his career path. Fritz Shultz Monfiston journey began with the tragic loss of his dog, a brave German Shepherd who was killed during an attempted robbery. This event not only marked a turning point in his life but also led him to discover his true calling: training dogs to protect their owners and their property.
“The dog that was killed was a dog that I trained as a client to protect. In my head, I was like, ‘They killed my dog. ’ But if I hadn’t had the dog trained, they would have managed to get onto the property,” Fritz shares, reflecting on the deep connection he had with his pet and the motivation that came from this painful experience.
After the loss, he decided he didn’t want to simply replace his dog but rather learn to train dogs himself. “I started researching the guy who trained my dog and eventually discovered he was the k9 sergeant for the inspector general’s office and became his apprentice,” he explains. This desire to learn led him to become an expert in dog care and training.
What sets this dog trainer apart from others on the market is his personalized approach and hands-on experience. Through his company, Shultz K9 Enforcement, he offers basic obedience training with a focus on the five basic commands: sit, stay, down, stay come and heel. Additionally, his company specializes in behavior modification, service dog training, and personal protection.
“We differentiate ourselves from the competition by letting our dogs do the talking. Our methods really demonstrate what we’ve accomplished with our clients,” Fritz proudly states. This work philosophy not only highlights the effectiveness of his training but also builds trust in pet owners who seek the best for their animals.
Since Fritz founded Shultz K9 Enforcement Inc. in 2013, he has seen steady growth. “My goal for the next year is to provide our services to more law enforcement agencies and provide more police dogs,” he shares. This focus on expansion not only reflects his ambition but also his commitment to community safety.
The trainer also emphasizes the importance of having a solid team and a positive mindset. “The biggest challenge in starting my business was finding quality, supportive clients. No one saw my vision more than me,” he recalls. However, his perseverance has paid off, and now his company is a benchmark in canine training in South Florida.
Fritz is a testament to how adversity can be transformed into a passion. His dedication to the safety and well-being of dogs and their owners makes him a leader in his field. With a single-minded focus and clear vision, he is ready to continue making a difference in the lives of many people and their faithful companions.
If you are looking for dog training that truly makes a difference, do not hesitate to contact Shultz K9 Enforcement Inc. Their commitment to excellence and love for dogs are evident in every aspect of their work. Your pet deserves the best!
