Kylie Jenner made an unexpected appearance at the Santa Barbara Film Festival, where she was spotted supporting boyfriend Timothée Chalamet as he received the Arlington Artist of the Year Award.

Rather than coordinating their outfits, the couple embraced contrasting styles. Jenner exuded effortless elegance, wearing a sleek black bodycon dress with a scoop neckline and a dramatic backless design that dipped toward her waist. She styled her jet-black hair in voluminous waves and accessorized with a few sparkling rings.

Meanwhile, Chalamet opted for an eccentric, bold look, layering a highlighter-green floral button-down over a neon T-shirt. He paired the ensemble with distressed jeans, a black leather jacket, white Bape sneakers, and a silver chain necklace, continuing his signature playful red carpet style.

A Rare Public Moment for the Private Couple

In a video shared by The Hollywood Reporter, Jenner and Chalamet were seen sitting together in the audience just moments before the actor took the stage to accept his award. In a rare display of PDA, Jenner was captured gently rubbing Chalamet’s back in support.

Though the couple has been romantically linked since 2023, they have largely kept their relationship out of the public eye, making only a few appearances together.

Last month, Jenner made another low-key appearance at an awards show, skipping the red carpet but sitting at Chalamet’s table during the 82nd Golden Globe Awards.

A source previously told Entertainment Tonight that the two have been doing “really well” and remain mutually supportive despite their busy schedules.

“Even though Kylie has so many of her own commitments, she is very proud of Timothée and wants to be there for him and support him,” the source shared. “Timothée is equally supportive of Kylie and admires her strong work ethic and how dedicated she is as a mom.”
